From the award Winning Olive Hill Farm, a blended Olive Oil has been create for 2008. Happy Canyon Blend is a combination of Olive Hill Farms Lucaa Olive Oil and the oil from Mission and Arbequina olives. The result is an intriguing, flavorful fusion from three distinct olives that we hope you will enjoy. The olives, and their oil, are all grown, milled, and bottled in the Happy Canyon area of the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. Happy Canyon Blend is produced in Limited quantities and will only be available locally.
Santa Barbara Blend is a combination of Olive Hill Farm's Lucca Olive Oil and the oil from the Greek Koroneiki olive. The fresh grassy taste of the Lucca Olive Oil and the fruity and fig taste of the Koroneiki olive combine together resulting in a unique flavor.The Lucca olives are grown
on our home plantation in the Santa Ynez Valley while the
Koroneiki olives are grown at the Santa Barbara Greek Orthodox Church in the hills above Santa Barbara California. Santa Barbara Blend is produced in limited quantities and will only be available locally.
